These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SpinCash Pro mobile application and related services.

By accessing or using SpinCash Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.

1. About SpinCash Pro

SpinCash Pro is a mobile rewards application that may provide users with opportunities to participate in eligible activities, earn coins, receive rewards, participate in referral programs, and request eligible withdrawals.

Features, rewards, earning methods, referral programs, withdrawal methods, limits, and availability may change from time to time.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your account.

You must not use another person's account or provide false information for the purpose of obtaining rewards or accessing the service.

3. Google Sign-In

SpinCash Pro may provide Google Sign-In as an authentication method.

When using Google Sign-In, your use of Google's services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

SpinCash Pro may receive account information made available through the Google authentication process, such as your name, email address, and profile picture, as described in our Privacy Policy .

4. Coins and Rewards

SpinCash Pro may provide coins or other reward units for eligible activities available within the application.

Coins and rewards:

• Are subject to the rules and limits displayed in the application.
• May not have cash value unless explicitly stated by SpinCash Pro.
• May not be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside permitted features of the application.
• May be adjusted or removed if obtained through abuse, fraud, technical errors, or violation of these Terms.

5. Earning Activities

The application may provide different earning activities, including advertisements, spins, tasks, referrals, or other activities.

Not every activity is guaranteed to be available at all times. Availability may depend on technical conditions, advertising availability, eligibility, geographic availability, or other factors.

6. Advertisements

SpinCash Pro may display advertisements through third-party advertising providers, including Google AdMob and Unity Ads.

Users must interact with advertisements honestly and must not use automated systems, fraudulent methods, modified applications, or other prohibited techniques to generate advertising activity or rewards.

7. Referral Program

SpinCash Pro may provide a referral program that allows eligible users to receive rewards for qualifying referrals.

Referral rewards are subject to the rules and conditions displayed in the application.

Creating fake accounts, self-referrals, automated referrals, misleading invitations, or other attempts to abuse the referral system are prohibited.

8. Withdrawals

Eligible users may be able to request withdrawals after meeting the applicable minimum balance, verification, eligibility, and other requirements.

Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the withdrawal method, verification requirements, technical conditions, and other factors.

SpinCash Pro does not guarantee that every withdrawal request will be approved. Requests may be reviewed for eligibility, fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use SpinCash Pro for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse rewards or promotional systems.
• Use bots, scripts, automation, emulators, modified applications, or other unauthorized methods to manipulate the service.
• Manipulate advertisements or advertising interactions.
• Exploit bugs, technical errors, or vulnerabilities to obtain unauthorized rewards.
• Attempt to access another user's account.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the application.
• Provide false or misleading information.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account when we reasonably determine that the account has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused rewards, or created a security or operational risk.

Where appropriate, rewards or balances associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity may be invalidated.

11. Third-Party Services

SpinCash Pro may depend on third-party services, including Google Sign-In, Firebase, Google AdMob, Unity Ads, analytics services, and crash-reporting services.

Third-party services may have their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies. Your use of those services may be subject to their respective policies.

12. Privacy

Your use of SpinCash Pro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared.

13. Intellectual Property

The SpinCash Pro application, branding, graphics, interface, content, software, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, or commercially exploit the application or its content except where expressly permitted by applicable law or by us.

14. Service Availability

We aim to keep SpinCash Pro available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the application will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

The service may temporarily become unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, third-party service outages, network issues, or other circumstances.

15. Changes to the Service

This may include changes to earning activities, rewards, referral programs, withdrawal methods, limits, or other functionality.

SpinCash Pro is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, specific earning amounts, reward availability, or processing times.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
